Philippine Election Central 2010 is dedicated to delivering clear and concise information on the upcoming 2010 election and the people vying to become the next President and Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines. PEC 2010 has not, and will not, endorse a candidate. Using this state of neutrality, PEC 2010 hopes to provide information and analysis that is both factual and objective.
